This Christmas, let’s make dreams take flight!
For nearly 40 years, Dreamflight has been giving children with serious illnesses or disabilities the chance to discover independence, confidence, and joy through life-changing experiences.
In October, we celebrated our 37th Orlando trip, and since 2021, we’ve also offered fully accessible UK activity holidays for children with more complex needs. Every journey is designed to help children build friendships, challenge themselves, and believe in what they can achieve.
Our partnership with British Airways goes back to the very beginning. BA crew and staff remain at the heart of Dreamflight as volunteers and supporters. Together, we’ve changed thousands of lives, and with your help, we can keep saying “yes” to more children.
Why Your Support Matters
Children living with serious illnesses often face isolation, missed school, and limited opportunities. Dreamflight gives them a chance to break free, make friends, and experience a world beyond hospital walls.

- Fund our annual Orlando trip for 192 children.
- Provide specialist UK trips for children with complex needs.
- Support a dedicated team of volunteers who make these adventures safe and magical.
