Raising for The east to west Trust
Event dates: –
The east to west Hospital Project has been set up to support young people and their families who've been admitted to St. Peter's Hospital in Chertsey, facing mental health crisis, who're struggling with suicidal thoughts or where a young person has attempted to end their own life.
Our team use games, activities and conversation to create a safe space for young people and their parents to work (either together or independently) through their experiences and begin to understand what is happening in their lives. This approach helps those involved take the first steps in understanding, healing and recovery. Alongside this crisis support, we also provide additional care and support in the community as the healing and recovery process continues.
