Where is your donation going?
Directly to supporting young people experiencing a mental health crisis. We support over 2,000 young people in BANES each year, providing free and confidential 1:1 counselling and listening support, advocacy, participation and LGBTQ+ services.

Each £10 enables a young person to access listening support, a 20-minute conversation with an experienced volunteer.

Every £30 provides a young person in crisis with professional counselling.

A £100 donation can transform a young person's life with 6 - 8 weeks listening & counselling support, reducing their anxiety levels by 33%

Off the Record Bath and North East Somerset (OTR) improves the emotional health and wellbeing of young people. We want every young person in Bath and North East Somerset and beyond to be emotionally healthy, confident and empowered in themselves.
We provide a range of free services for anyone aged 10-25 living, working or studying in BaNES, including counselling, listening support, youth participation, advocacy, support for care leavers and a LGBTQ+ focused youth group.
