Get Active this Spring for Reflect

This Spring we are wanting to raise £2500 for Reflect to enable us to continue offering our essential FREE Pregnancy Choice and Loss Support to all the women, men and couples who need it in North Yorkshire 💜

HOW COULD YOU HELP US? We would love many of us to get involved in some way. You can either:

JOIN IN one of the activities already happening:

• Nidderdale Charity Walk on Sunday 17th May 2026
  - we have staff and volunteers walking the 4 mile family route, as well as 2 people aiming to walk the full 26 mile route!
  - please book in and invite friends or family too
  - email us to let us know you’re coming!
• Walk 50 miles in April
  - one of our staff is walking this
  - you could walk it, jog it, run it...
  - print the 50 mile tracker sheet and let us know you’re joining in.

Or ORGANISE YOUR OWN - Get Active your own way & maybe invite friends or family to join you too.
