Tanya Allen is raising money for Reflect
Bea, Emily and I have walked the Nidderdale Walk for the past 3 years to raise funds for Reflect.
The first 2 years we walked the family route of 4 miles, last year we walked 12 miles and this year, on Sunday 17th May, Bea and I are taking on the big challenge of walking the full 26 mile route for Reflect!

We had a lovely practice walk on Bank Holiday Monday to Almscliffe Crag, walking nearly 13 miles and practicing using our walking poles. These will definitely be needed for the full 26 mile walk in just 11 days time!

As part of our training we did the Roseberry Topping and Captain Cook's Monument walk on my birthday. This was a beautiful walk with great views.
