IWCT runs a free spay, neuter and vaccination programme from our Treatment Centre in Concepcion Tarlac in the Philippines. We provide free veterinary care to those who cannot afford it and promote responsible pet ownership through our Education Programme.
Give A Dog A Collar
No dog should be without a properly fitting collar.
Collars provide a source of identity and control. The Philippines is a busy country with a lot of street traffic. It is important for the dogs safety that they are have a collar and lead so they can stay close to their owner.
IWCT give out free collars to anyone whose dog is without one or is wearing a poorly made, makeshift one.
It costs just £1 to supply a collar to a dog in the Philippines.
