About us
SNUG is a UK-based charity focused on providing support and safe spaces for young people who identify as LGBTQ+. The organisation offers peer support groups, counselling, and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental wellbeing, self-acceptance, and resilience among LGBTQ+ youth.
SNUG works to combat discrimination and social isolation by fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where young people can express themselves freely and build meaningful connections. The charity also provides resources and advocacy to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues within schools and the wider community.
Through its compassionate and empowering approach, SNUG plays a vital role in supporting the health and happiness of LGBTQ+ young people across the UK.

Your donations help us:
- Provide regular peer support in your local Neonatal Unit
- Provide a weekly safe space for our families to meet and speak to other parents who have been through a similar journey
- Give welcome packs to parents when they first enter the neonatal unit - including adorable keepsakes they can treasure forever!
- Ongoing support in the community and online for all families that have cared for their baby in the Neonatal Unit
- Making sure all families have information and access to all support available to them
- Advocacy for future neonatal parents, ensuring their mental and physical wellbeing is always a priority
