The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. We deliver targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring and work-related opportunities.
Deliver - we deliver targeted sport for social change programmes for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience.
Innovate - we design programmes with young people, using creative methodologies and testing ideas by delivering 6-12 month pilot programmes.
Inspire - we work with other charities, employers and corporate organisations and create bespoke solutions to extend the power and reach of our programmes for maximum social impact.
Guided by young people, our listening process has directed us to deliver sports programmes that focus on these social issues affecting young people today:
We exist to help young people find solutions to deal with these social issues through the power of sport.
Event date: Friday 8th March 2024
In a world facing multiple crises that are putting immense pressure on communities, achieving gender equality is more vital than ever. Ensuring women’s and girl’s rights across all aspects of life is the only way to secure prosperous and just economies and a healthy planet for future generations.
On Friday 8th March, International Women’s Day, Coutts are coming together to celebrate and recognise women for their achievements, without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic, or political whilst raising funds for The Change Foundation.
The Change Foundation UK has been changing the lives of young people using sport for 43 years!

- Promoting Community: The shared goal of contributing to a worthy cause brings people together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community spirit.
- Exercise – Cycling provides an excellent platform to promote health and wellness
- Healthy Routines – Encouraging participants to adopt healthier habits and routines as they train for the event and kick-start their journey on the day.
