3. objects

the objects of the cio are:

3.1 to advance, promote and encourage education and learning opportunities for children, young people and adults with disabilities so as to increase their capacities to make informed choices about their individual lifestyles within their own community;

3.2 to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation for children, young people and adults with disabilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life.

nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable.
