Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through its expert advice, support and legal services.
It provides people in need with one-to-one, personalised help with all their housing issues. Our emergency helpline is often the first port of call for people facing a housing crisis.
Shelter has been around for over fifty years, and will continue to fight until one day, every person has a safe, secure place to call home.
Liverpool Cathedral Abseil for Shelter 2025
Event date: Saturday 19th July
Our fearless fundraisers are taking on the 150ft abseil from the West Door of Liverpool Cathedral whilst raising funds for Shelter. This is a free-hang abseil, where they will have no body contact with the wall! Please support them if you can.
