Everyone deserves a safe place to live

I have always been a supporter of Shelter following a period of homelessness in my twenties. We can easily take for granted the safety and security of having somewhere to go home to, but not everyone has that luxury. 

I spent time sleeping on pallets, on church pews, freezing cold. My mental health had taken a nose dive and I was no doubt depressed. 

Shelter were a lifeline giving advice and in later years when dealing with dodgy landlords, shelter again were a consistent and solid source of support. 

Please throw a few quid in. We never know when we or those we love might need that support.
