Elspeth and Rubina are taking part in a 25km trek across London, starting at Putney Bridge, and then zig zagging across 16 historic bridges all the way to Southwick Bridge in the east! Please support them!!

Working in partnership with local schools and the NHS we support children, young people and their families through well-being and mental health issues, helping them to build the skills and resilience they need to not simply survive, but begin to thrive.
