Founded in 1967, Midlands Academy of Dance & Drama in Nottingham (known affectionately as ‘MADD’) is one of the oldest and most prestigious Musical Theatre & Dance Colleges in the UK. We're based in Nottingham, which is a vibrant, diverse and friendly city steeped in history with a dynamic and ever-growing cultural offering. Nottingham is one of the most exciting, student-friendly and affordable cities in the UK, it is a cosmopolitan city with fantastic resources and also great transportation links to other parts of the country plus the rest of the world.
As a not for profit Charity we do everything we can to support our MADD family; providing scholarships to enable students who might not otherwise be able to afford to study professionally to realise their dream job in performing arts.
