About us
Greek Animal Rescue (GAR) is a UK based charity (No:802243).
Founded in 1989 in order to alleviate the suffering of animals in Greece by supporting a number of animal shelters, sterilising dogs & cats and finding homes for the lucky few.
Moonlit Miles for Sparta
To support our fundraising for Space For Sparta, we're asking our supporters and adopters to get sponsored by friends and family for walking their dogs during August and September, raising desperately needed funds for the strays living in Sparta Shelter to create liveable shelters, runs and exercise areas.
