What's the challenge?
Ready to take on a challenge your way? You get to pick the goal, the time, the place—everything! Just make it happen sometime between 15 May and 15 June.
Let your imagination run wild—anything goes!
Need some ideas to get those creative gears turning? Check out these awesome challenges our past participants have smashed:
- 100 sit-ups a day for 30 days
- Bouncing on a trampoline for 30 minutes every day
- A 5k family dog walk—paws and all!
- 30 days of TikTok dances (yes, really!)
- A 10-mile bike adventure
- Tag-teaming a 26-mile relay with friends
- Hitting that 10,000-step goal daily
- Conquering 1,000 steps a day for a week

Who can join the fun?
Everyone! Rally your friends, family, neighbours—even your nan—and take on the challenge together. Or go solo and smash it your own way! Want to level it up? Team up with your school, scouts/brownies, or footie crew and come up with a wild and wonderful group challenge. The more, the merrier!

Tourette Syndrome (TS) causes tics, involuntary, uncontrollable movements and sounds, which may be intensely disabling. People with TS find themselves excluded from education, work, social activities, and relationships. We offer support, advocacy and peer contact for children and adults.
