National Volunteering Fund

Volunteers play a vital role in supporting ambulance services and communities across Wales.

Our trained volunteers undertake a range of roles across both emergency and non‑emergency care, providing lifesaving treatment, welfare support and clinical observations. They give their time to help people in their communities stay safe, receive the right care, and feel reassured during what can often be difficult moments. Their contribution directly supports the work of ambulance staff and makes a meaningful difference in local areas across Wales.

The National Volunteering Fund exists to support and develop this volunteer network so it can continue to make a difference in their local communities.

Your donation to this fund could help provide:
·       Training and development for volunteers
·       Equipment and resources to support their role
·       Support for local volunteer groups and community initiatives

All funds raised by this appeal will be used to support volunteering activity. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, funds may be used to support other charitable projects that benefit patients, staff and communities.
