About us
FONS is the fundraising body responsible for raising money for Nettlebed Community School, South Oxfordshire. Run by a small team of parent volunteers, we are an active organisation which holds regular events to strengthen our school community and raise funds.
Each year we commit to raising a minimum of £6000 to be spent on curriculum enhancing activities which positively impact the learning experience of ALL children at the school. Over the past two years, we have also been raising money towards our playground appeal target of £20,000. We hope reach our target by the end of this school year so that the children will enjoy exciting new playground facilities from September.
