Team No5 Young People are racing the dragon and taking part in this year's Rotary Club of Pangbourne Dragon Boat race!
On 13th June, our team of 17 crew members are taking to the water, paddles in hand, and racing against other teams to be crowned the ultimate Dragon Boat crew!
Your support will help them paddle just that little bit harder (and hopefully in time with each other and the drum beat!) as they know that with your support, they'll be directly contributing to the delivery of vital mental health support for local young people aged 11-25.
No5 provides free, confidential mental health support, counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 across the 'RG' postcode area - helping young people to take charge of their mental health and transforming the lives of over 2,500 young people every year!
With your help, we can support them to deliver even more support for vulnerable and distressed local young people currently waiting for help.

Since 1971, No5 has been providing early intervention counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the ‘RG’ postcode area.
We offer free, confidential, open-access mental health support and counselling face-to-face, online and in local secondary schools. We also have a programme of outreach support delivered by our Young Ambassadors who create online content and support to help young people feel better able to take charge of their mental health and feel more in control.
