Richards Castle Soap Box Derby has been an annual event since 2004. Every June home made carts race against the clock down Hanway Common in the village of Richards Castle, on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. The event, which is organised by volunteers has raised over £150,000 for local charities. Support our racers and help raise funds to support the community!

Richards Castle Soap Box C.I.C. activities benefit our local community and in particular we raise funds for local charities to enrich, support and empower the lives of local people in our area. We do this by operating an annual event that brings people together to experience and enjoy the fun of a Soap Box Derby. This year we are raising money to support the ELY Memorial Fund, We are Farming Minds and Orleton Pre School.
