The Employment Service - supporting clients through a job retention service, job searching, work experience and volunteering.
Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Training - we deliver bespoke mental health and wellbeing trainings to local organisations and employers

The Social Enterprise (Community Hub) - offering commercial work experience to develop a range of transferrable skills as a first step towards open employment. The focus of the work experience is to build confidence and self-esteem.
Living Well - supports adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults to be able to play a full role in their local community. Our program ‘Five ways to Living Well’ is based on the New Economics Foundation’s Five Ways to Well-being: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. Supporting individuals to achieve their life goals through comprehensive range of staff & volunteer run activities, groups and classes provided.
The W-rap Project- giving wellbeing parcels to those in need, allowing the members who assemble the parcels to feel a sense of pride and achievement.

Hello and thank you for visiting my fund-raising page. My name is Ben and I am running the London Marathon on April 21st 2024, to raise funds for Re-Instate – a fantastic charity in the London borough of Bexley. This is kind of a sequel to the Virtual Marathon I ran along the Thames Path in 2021, but this is the actual real-life thing, with loads of other people running, I may even dress up as a dinosaur! I have been incredibly fortunate to win a place through the ballot. The competition for places is highly competitive with over 575,000 applicants vying for between 17,000 - 20,000 starting tickets!
I am looking to raise as much money as possible for Re-Instate's Living Active project. This new project aims to support individuals with barriers to learning, such as autism, to engage in physical activities. The holistic benefits of engaging in physical exercise can never be underestimated. It has helped me overcome some challenging periods in my life and I feel both honoured and obliged to support this fantastic project.
If you’re a first-time donor, thank you for your support it really will help change someone's present and indeed their future. Some of you may be repeated donors, in which case thank you for supporting both me and Re-Instate again, your kindness really is appreciated!!
