About us

Homelessness takes on many forms, rough sleeping is the most visible and dangerous form of homelessness. We also have the hidden homeless and people sofa surfing.
Since the pandemic homelessness has risen due to the cost of living crisis, rent increases, unfair evictions, rising utility bills or unexpected life events.
We need your support more than ever. We are a grassroots organisation , we start on the streets by feeding and clothing our street homeless. In severe weather or illness we will pay for hotel accommodation.
We have recently opened our own supported living house {Hope House} , which we have self funded for over a year.
We offer wrap around care when one of our homeless is housed by helping them with white goods and furniture, paying bills and food.

Charity number: 1199670

St Albans Sleep Out

We will be sleeping outside Marks and Spencer on the 15th September, Sharon Linney , Mandy McNeil, Lynn Dutton and Karen Cowen .

We will be there from 7pm until 5am .

We are raising money to buy Hope House our four bedroom supported living home for those in recovery from addiction , we give them a safe place to stay away from the temptation of drugs/alcohol. We also help those homeless without addiction .

Our landlords need to sell and we really don't want to give up our lovely house, our boys home. We need to raise enough money for a sizeable deposit.

How can you help? Donate as much as you can afford to, even if that is £1, if everyone we know donates and shares it will help us reach our target much quicker.

If we don't raise enough funds to buy the property the money will be used to find accommodation for the residents in Hope House.

Thank you
