Support Bradford Schools & Colleges of Sanctuary

We’re working to ensure schools and colleges across the Bradford District are safe, inclusive, and supportive places for refugees and people seeking asylum. As part of a national network of 400+ schools, we help educators create cultures of welcome through training, resources, and support.

Currently supporting 56 schools and colleges across Bradford District, we help to improve the educational experience of sanctuary-seeking pupils by strengthening policies and practices - from admissions to trauma-informed teaching and language provision.

We also help to build more cohesive communities by tackling misinformation and promoting understanding through assemblies, workshops, creative events, Refugee Week resources, and social action projects.

Our work relies on the generosity of people who believe in what we do. We're looking to raise £5000 in the next 3 months to sustain our work over the next academic year.
