About us
Established in 1956, we provide housing, residential care and support to older people across England.
Our range of different housing options help bring people together and foster a sense of security, warmth and belonging, allowing our residents to thrive in the company of others while retaining their independence.
This foundation of companionship was one of the motivations for setting up Abbeyfield nearly 70 years ago and remains at the core of what we stand for today.

The Firs Complex, Nottingham, Summer Fundraising Campaign
The Firs Complex, Nottingham is a caring, lively community, home to around 40 older people, who live independently, supported by our caring staff. Residents and volunteers organise activities and events in the communal lounge to bring our community together and help residents to socialise, stay active & enjoy life.
We would like to raise funds to provide special activities and events for all our residents to enjoy.
We will be holding a series of fundraising events at the home over the summer months.
Any funds raised from these events will be used to provide special activities and events for our residents, providing enjoyment and special occasions for them to share with friends and family.
