About us
1 Dog At A Time is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to rescuing Romanian street and stray dogs and finding them loving homes here in the UK. We have a shelter in Romania where the dogs are kept safe, warm, have regular meals and given lots of loving care and attention. 1 Dog has funded dog neutering programmes and education programmes in local schools, which are essential for the long term.

Wagathon walkies
Event dates: Saturday 28th August 2021 – Monday 30th August 2021
Join us for the fun Wagathon National dog walk. Walk 9K for K9's in celebration of National Dog Day from Thursday 26th August to Monday 30th August. You can walk it all in one day or spread it across the 4 days of the Wagathon. Sign up here for you and your dogs to take part. The more sign up's the more we can raise. If you and or your dog are not able to take part in the challenge, you can still support us by making a direct donation.
