About us
Established in 1986, we are a UK charity working in the North West of England. Renaissance UK delivers services independently and as part of local substance misuse and sexual health partnerships. Operating under the umbrella of Renaissance UK you will find a range of specialist, experienced professional teams. For Blackpool we provide a full range of both adult Drug and Alcohol Harm Reduction and Sexual Health Services as part of the wider HORIZON Service. We also house the LGBTQ+ Specific Service HORIZON LGBTQ+.
In Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen, Renaissance UK provides Sexual Health Services including Outreach and HIV Support under the Healthier Living project. For more detailed information please visit our website
Walk This May For Ren UK
Event dates: Wednesday 1st May – Sunday 30th June
Renaissance UK are walking half a million steps during the month of May to raise money for our Hardship Fund.
The Hardship Fund can be accessed by anyone living with or affected by HIV in Lancashire during times of crisis.
We ask all staff, service users, volunteers and anyone in the public who would like to take part to share your walking pictures with us.
