About us
Sharewear Clothing Scheme works to alleviate clothing poverty primarily across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire on both a referral and an outreach basis. Sharewear achieves this by distributing donations of pre-loved clothing and bedding from the public as well as clothing retailers' pre- and post-consumer waste to those most in need.
Walk someWear
Event dates: –
May is National Walking Month and we would love our supporters to be able to Walk someWear for us whether this is for a personal challenge or for your own mental and physical well being. Many of our Service Users are unable to take advantage of participating in free outdoor activities such as walking and running due to lack of means to afford basic suitable footwear, socks or a waterproof jacket.
By taking part in Walk someWear we can not only raise awareness of their situation but also raise funds to help provide more people with active wear to help them be able to take part and enjoy the great outdoors.
