About us
Yellow Door works across Southampton and Hampshire. We respond to and prevent domestic and sexual abuse and other forms of interpersonal harm.
Established in 1985, we offer a range of specialist services available to individuals, families and groups across the community who have been affected by, or at risk of, interpersonal abuse. We have specialist services that include:
- Helpline
- Therapeutic Services, including art therapy and specialist therapeutic groups.
- Family Therapy & Support
- Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA)
- Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy & Outreach
- The STAR Project: Our award-winning preventative education initiative
- The Gender Identity Service
- Specialist Training & Consultancy
Yellow Door Romsey Relay 2025

As a part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, wonderful members of the Yellow Door team are collectively running 26 miles in the The Romsey Relay Marathon on 18th May to fundraise for us to continue supporting local people impacted by domestic and sexual abuse. Any amount you can give is much appreciated and every penny helps us in our work.
