About us
We’re Mind, the mental health charity covering Burton on Trent, Uttoxeter, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burntwood and the villages between.
We’re here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support
We offer free counselling to people from the Burton & District area. We also offer the following services:
Future Focus - Practical one to one support for people with long term mental health problems
Wellbeing Groups - Bringing together a community of people who can help as a support network during difficult times
Relaxation & Mindfulness - Small informal relaxation classes where everyone is welcome
