Welcome to our charity yoga event for the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust!

Please arrive by 11:45am for a 12pm start, we will meet in the cafe where there will be a brief introduction to the day and to the charity, the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust.

The day will start with a focus on breathwork, followed by Kundalini Yoga, Qigong Yoga, finishing with a Yoga Nidra. There will be plenty of breaks and opportunity to buy drinks/snacks.

Light food will be provided in the cafe from 4:30pm onwards (salads, falafel, hummus etc).

20% discount on drinks.
