Afternoon Tea in support of Wallace Kennels dog rescue

Location: Doddinghurst Village Hall, Church Lane, Doddinghurst CM15 0NJ

We warmly invite you and your friends and family to join us for our Spring afternoon tea fundraiser from 1-3pm on Sunday 26th April in support of Wallace Kennels dog rescue.

Our menu comprises a selection of classic sandwiches, freshly baked scones, savoury treats and cakes.  Vegetarian and gluten free menus can be catered for if ordered in advance - please email fowksecretary@btinternet.com

Tickets: £20 per person

Raffle and tombola during event with lots of prizes (tickets £1, please bring cash!).

Previous attendees please note: this is a change of venue to Doddinghurst Village Hall.

Important information:

• Ticket sales will close on 24 April (unless tickets are sold out sooner) to give us time to finalise the seating plan.
• Guests should be aged 12 years + please.
• To order a vegetarian or gluten free menu, please email us at: fowksecretary@btinternet.com  (We regret we are unable to cater for vegans.)
• All food will be prepared in home kitchens and we cannot guarantee that it will be suitable for persons with food allergies.
• Tables will seat approximately 4-10 guests. If you are purchasing a smaller number of tickets, you will be seated with other guests. Large parties might need to be seated across two tables.
• The seating plan will be displayed inside the hall.  Please email fowksecretary@btinternet.com  with any requests or queries about the seating plan.
• Tickets cannot be refunded but you can pass onto others if you cannot make it. Please notify us so we can update the guest list.
