Celebrate the season at our Harvest Festival Afternoon Tea

Join us for a cosy autumn afternoon filled with delicious homemade treats, freshly brewed tea, and the warm spirit of the harvest season. Bring family and friends and enjoy a wonderful afternoon raising funds in support of Wallace Kennels dog rescue.

What to expect:

• Freshly brewed tea and coffee
• Delicious sandwiches
• Homemade scones with jam and cream
• Homemade cakes and seasonal bakes
• Harvest raffle and fundraising stalls
• Friendly community atmosphere

Important information:

• Tickets sales will end on Friday 9th October (unless sold out sooner) to give us time to finalise the seating plan.
• Guests aged 12 years + only please.
• All food will be prepared in home kitchens and we cannot guarantee that it will be suitable for persons with food allergies.
• Email us before the event at fowksecretary@btinternet.com to request a vegetarian or gluten free menu.
• Tables will seat approximately 6-8 guests. If you are purchasing a smaller number of tickets, you will be seated with other guests. Large parties might need to be seated across two tables.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests - email fowksecretary@btinternet.com as soon as you can please to give us time to try to adjust the seating plan. 
• Free parking is available at Blackmore Village Hall, including an overflow at the rear if the main car park is busy.
• The seating plan will be displayed inside the hall.
• Tickets cannot be refunded but you can pass onto others if you cannot make it. Please notify us so we can update the guest list.
