Our company recently held a photo competition, instead of feeling down and gloomy on Blue Monday, we asked our colleagues to dress up themselves, animals, children in something bright and colorful such as yellow or orange to bring a smile to peoples faces. The winner got to choose a mental health charity of their choice and our winner chose Mhist as their chosen charity.
