About us
NewstrAid helps people, and their immediate dependants, who have been employed in the sale and distribution of newspapers and magazines in the UK and who have fallen on hard times. The qualifying criteria are a need and a proven trade connection. In a nutshell, we provide financial, emotional and practical assistance to people who deal with newspapers and magazines from the time they leave the printing press until they reach the reader.
NewstrAid Carol Concert 2024
Event date: Monday 2nd December
Join us for an evening of seasonal readings and carols featuring the St Bride’s Choir, all in aid of industry charity NewstrAid.
Monday 2nd December 2024 6.45pm, St Brides Church, Fleet Street, London EC4Y 8AU
The service will be followed by wine, mince pies and a Christmas raffle in the Bridewell Hall next door.
£20 per ticket £15 concessions (65+) Children under 12 yrs go free with a paying adult.
