Description:
Tiggywinkles, the Wildlife Hospital Trust, has been working for over 30 years rescuing, treating and rehabilitating sick and injured British wildlife including hedgehogs, badgers, deer and owls. Without large reserves of cash, Tiggywinkles must depend on the compassion of the public for its work and has a committed team of hardworking veterinary staff and volunteers who are determined to provide the best in medical care for their patients. As the world's busiest wildlife hospital, we treat over 10,000 wild animal casulaties in our Hospital every year, and deal with over 70,000 emergency calls each year. We run training courses in wildlife care. In 1991 the Teaching Hospital at Haddenham was opened by H.R.H. Princess Alexandra and in that first year took in over 15,000 casualties. It is clear that the work of Tiggywinkles must go on. Everyone can help Britain's wildlife because everyone can help Tiggywinkles by making a donation or remembering us in your will. PLEASE HELP US HELP THEM.
