The Charity trustees installed and unveiled the monument on 17 March 2020. The attendance for the unveiling was severely limited due to Covid 19. It was decided to hold a Dedication Ceremony once Covid restrictions were lifted. The ceremony, attended by approximately eight hundred and fifty supporters, took place on 15 July 2022. The monument has been "Open to visitors" since.
