Jacobite storytelling event
About us
We are a small independent museum in the heart of the West Highlands that is more than a century old. We focus on West Highland history and are most famous for our Jacobite Collection.
Jacobite Festival storytelling
Event date: Monday 19th August
As part of the Jacobite Festival 2024, the West Highland Museum are hosting a Jacobite storytelling event just before the children go back to school. The event will take place over lunchtime from 11am until 1pm.
The storytellers will be situated in rooms around the museum, so you will come across them as you browse the wonderful collections we have on display.
We also have the pleasure of hosting a local young Harpist. She will be seated in the museum and we are sure you will enjoy exploring while listening to her beautiful playing.
It will be a lovely event to attend so don't miss out and book your free ticket now.
