Student Charity Challenge 2026

Raising for Motor Neurone Disease Association

This year, our students are going all in for the Annual Student Charity Challenge, taking on huge physical challenges to raise vital funds for Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

Pushing their limits, training for months and stepping well outside their comfort zones, these students are proving just how powerful determination, teamwork and purpose can be.

Taking on the Leeds Half Marathon
Four of our students are stepping up to the iconic Leeds Half Marathon, 13.1 miles of grit, endurance and pure commitment for an incredible cause:
Patrick Miles · Alexander Jones · Ella Moss · Mia Bottomley

Conquering the Lake District
An amazing group of students will also head to the Lake District to tackle either a 25km or 50km walk, taking on steep climbs, long distances and unpredictable conditions in one of the UK’s toughest landscapes:
Abbie Burton · Mia Bottomley · Ella Moss · Lucia Lewis · Shyann Gore-Bi · Alexander Jones · Ben Temple-Bowles · Jacob Shearing · Toby Foord · Eleanor Morgan · Frank Kaminski-Kurlandt · Sam Lea · Max Davies

Every mile walked and every step ran is in support of people living with MND and their families. This challenge isn’t just about endurance it’s about compassion, commitment and making a real difference.

Thank you for supporting them every step of the way

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a fatal and rapidly progressing condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. In the UK, it impacts up to 5,000 adults at any given time, and unfortunately, there is no cure for this devastating disease. The MND Association are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with the disease and funding research into one day finding a cure.

So far, Toyota have raised over £875,000 for the MND Association, and as we approach the final year of our partnership, we are determind to continue raising vital funds.

Throughout the next 12 months, there will be many staff fundraisers, including the One Toyota Football & Cricket Charity Cup, the Student Charity Challenge, Walking Marathons, and numerous sales!

Toyota GB is dedicated to raising crucial funds to help the MND Association advance research, enhance care, and offer support to people living with MND, as well as their families and carers.

We are proud to unite in this effort—every donation makes a difference in the fight for a cure and in supporting those affected by this disease.
