My story
I will be running the Brighton 10k on Sunday 16th November and hope to raise a few funds for Cancer United. This local charity has been a great help to Malcolm since being diagnosed. Its all about keeping fit and socialising and making you stronger to deal with the challenges. This run will also be a challenge for me as I have recently recovered from a foot operation which stopped me running for almost 10 weeks so I will be slow but hope to complete the run in around 1hr 20min.
