10K Too Far!

This will be my first...and last 10K I've run.

I am running in aid for two incredible charities, both of which I have a connection to.

The Prince of Wales Hospice provides specialist care for people with life-limiting illness and their families in the 5 Towns area of the Wakefield District. Having worked here for the last two years I have seen first-hand the incredible work they do and just how important they are to our community.

The Stroke Association support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. I previously spent 2 years working for the Stoke Association, having the privilege of meeting a number of people who benefitted from the care they offer. Since leaving I have had a more personal connection with them, with a member of my family having 2 strokes.

Please give anything you can spare to help these two very worthy causes.
