18 years later and I’m finally running the London Marathon

UPDATE: after picking up an injury after completing ALL of the training cycle, I am having to defer until April 2023. I am absolutely heartbroken by this decision as I feel I have done all the work! I really appreciate all of the support so far whether you’ve left water out for me, ran with me, sponsored me or have been support crew! You are all amazing!! 2023 will be the race of a life time for me! Thank you so much for your support!

I have always wanted to run the London Marathon and I’ve tried every single year for 18 consecutive years and I have never been successful! Until now!!!!!! 2022 will be my year! Training is hurting…I’ve come back from injury, having a child and generally being quite unfit post pandemic. 26.2 miles…I can do it right?

I have chosen to support Little Troopers. They are a wonderful, small charity that support children with a parent(s) serving in the British Armed Forces. I have used so many of their resources for my little trooper when Nick is away and they’ve helped so so much. I’d love to give something back. 😃💚Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
