20km down the River Thames

You may or may not have heard of The Change Foundation. If you haven't, they're brilliant. They literally change the lives of young people through dance, cricket, rugby, and so many other sports. Have a look for yourself https://www.thechangefoundation.org.uk/

Last year, they offered us the opportunity to take part in an amazing challenge. It was so successful (we raised over £10k!) and we loved it so much, we said we'd do it again.

On 21st September, 7 double kayaks will travel 20km down the Thames, guided by professionals (poor things) and rowed/steered by complete amateurs fuelled by Percy Pigs. We start in Greenwich and finish at Battersea High Road where, if last year is anything to go by, I will be flopping out of my kayak shaking like a leaf.
