21 Multi-Role Medical Regiment Welfare Team

Little Troopers is a registered charity supporting all children with one or both parents serving in our British Armed Forces (regular or reserve). Recognising the unique challenges service children face such as repeated separation frequent school and home moves and the general emotional stresses of service life. Little Troopers provides fundamental resources to keep Families connected and support emotional well-being.

Little Troopers also recently introduced a therapy programme to provide free one to one psychotherapy session in addition to group support for community provisions alongside parenting resources and videos to help nurture resilience of which has seen significant demands for support.

As a welfare team we have seen first hand the positive impact Little Troopers has through resources such as the send a hug kits, separation packs, podcasts, newsletters and the Little Troopers medals in recognition of each service child's sacrifice. Sue and I therefore, thought it only right we try and give something back to help this wonderful charity to continue to support our service children. We will be walking the Llanberis Path of Mount Snowdon on Saturday 9 September in which and any donations /sponsorship will be greatly received .
