Team Samaritans Waltham Forest are raising money for Samaritans of Waltham Forest
Our story
The 2.6 Challenge can be any activity you like – from running 2.6 miles to holding an online workout with 26 of your friends.
Whatever your age or ability, you can take part. After all, we’re not looking for superheroes. We’re looking for Home Heroes.

We'd love to hear your stories, pictures of your home challenges and why you are supporting Samaritans of Waltham Forest.
Samaritans of Waltham Forest and the Teams accross the country continue to be there for callers during this time, and volunteers are considered to be key workers - helping people have someone to listen to them when they need it most.
If you need someone to talk to reach out, Samaritans are still there to listen. They can't see you in-person right now but have made adjustments to keep volunteers safe so they can answer calls & emails, please bear with them if it takes longer to answer. Find out more at samaritans.org

Huge thanks to our next #2point6challenge'ers Charlotte and Wayne who took on 2.6 miles on a x-trainer and 2.6 k going up in increasing steps and 2.6 k in descending steps in 26 minutes on said x-trainer - go team!
