40 peaks for Pitt Hopkins

Hi guys,

In order to raise money and awareness for Pitt Hopkins UK/Ireland I have given myself a ‘40 mountain peak’ walking challenge which I aim to complete on the weekend of my 40th birthday in October of this year. Essentially, one mountain a week from now until then is the goal!

We (Finnian&I) have 2 gorgeous little boys Myles(5) and Coen (3). Coen was born with a very rare genetic disorder called Pitt Hopkins syndrome(PTHS).
I thought this would be a perfect undertaking and opportunity to raise some funds whilst simultaneously bringing awareness to PTHS.

All funds raised will go directly to Pitt Hopkins UK/Ireland - Here, we as parents can access and share information from other parents of children with PTHS who are also on this unique journey.

Pitt Hopkins UK also hopes to encourage research particularly into the breathing anomalies and dysfunctional autonomic nervous system that many of the children and adults exhibit.”
