My story
This weekend I am attempting the 4x4x48 Challenge (aka Goggins Challenge). I'll be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. So, 48 miles in two days over the weekend of 6th to 8th October, in and around Nantwich.
I'll be raising money for the Mid Cheshire Hospital Charity's, VIN appeal to create a children specific waiting room. We have two young children, and I can see the massive benefits to having a dedicated children's waiting room, for the children and their parents/carers at a time of great stress. There will also be great indirect benefits to other hospital users and staff.
