Mitch & Jake's 5KM+ for Alford storehouse and food bank, and mental health

This Janurary, myself (Mitch) and Jake will be completing a physical challenge every day consisting of a 5km distance, 40 press ups, 40 sit ups and 40 squats to help raise much needed money, food donations and most importantly, awareness for the Alford Storehouse Food Bank and the fantastic work they are doing for the community. Mental health is something that is not going away and Alford Storehouse Food Bank will be putting the money to great use in trying to help people struggling with a dedicated area for anyone needing support. Please give what you can whether it be £1, a tin of beans or a like and share of the page, it will all help someone in need down the line and in these times it could be anyone of us or the people we love.
