Adam's Walking on Fire / Running on Burnt Feet

I'm fundraising for 2nd Beeston Sea Scouts, for which I'm a regular volunteer in the Cubs section. In particular, I'm fundraising towards a new building in which we run our activities.

I'll be firewalking on 21st September, and then running the Robin Hood half-marathon on 25th September.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, abseiling, and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.

Every week, Scouting in the UK gives almost half a million 4-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge, and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.
