Alison & Millie's Walk for Remus

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far - Remus Horse Sanctuary is not what I call a 'wealthy' charity and they really do need all the help that they can get. They have had no governmental support or grants during or after Covid. Let's reach the stretch target of £500!

For those of you who don't know - Millie is actually 11 years old and has 4 inch legs! Not bad going for an old, short girl... ;-)

Today Millie and I completed our walk along with friends George and Sheila. We actually did 13k in the end and Millie did all bar about 500 yards or so where I carried her up a hill towards the end because she was flagging slightly. She was just amazing! Thanks so much to everyone who has donated! :)

Jan Newell in Greece has kindly donated 3 hours of her time to the Remus Reservoir Challenge :) It's a bit hot out there at the mo for her and Liza to participate!
