Amy Lewis is raising money for South Yorkshire Eating Disorders Association
My story
Last year I was diagnosed with an Eating Disorder. This was a bit shit. A friend said that running was a good way to focus on what my body could DO rather than what it looks like.
So what better way to raise money for the wonderful South Yorkshire Eating Disorder Association than to force my lardy arse around 13 miles of Sheffield?
I also ran the Varsity 10k (very slowly) and completed the Arts Tower Challenge (running up all 20 floors of the arts tower) - so give generously for a worthy cause!
RIOTS NOT DIETS! (or in this case - charity runs, not diets...)
