Oh great, ANOTHER sponsored challenge…

I’ll try and make this quick.
I know you don’t really want to donate to another charity page.
I get it.

You’ve already sponsored someone running a marathon dressed as a banana.
Someone cycling to Paris.
Someone growing a moustache.
Now you're reading a thing from another bloke asking for donations too.

Just what you need when the price of Lurpak has gone up again.
That said… I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t for a brilliant cause.
Along with several other VCCP-ers, I’m doing the Three Peaks Challenge with The Change Foundation.

For those unfamiliar with the Three Peaks:
Mountains to climb: 3
Time allowed: 24 hours
Total distance: about 26 miles across, about 3000 metres up.
Basically you climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours.
Or at least that’s the plan.

Am I qualified?
Don’t worry, before signing up I checked with friends, family and colleagues to make sure this was a sensible idea. 
Here’s what they said:

“You get out of breath walking up the escalator at Oxford Circus..?”

Despite this overwhelming support, I’m here to ask for a little bit more.
My fundraising target is £1250, and I’d be hugely grateful for anything you can spare.

Every donation goes to The Change Foundation.
They're a proper amazing charity who work with young people who haven’t had the easiest start in life.
They use sport to help them face challenges like unemployment, disability and the consequences of knife crime… building confidence, skills and opportunities along the way.
In short, they do important, life-changing stuff.

If you can spare anything at all, it would mean a lot 🙏
